There are many food choices for breakfast which is amazing. There are a few stores on the street where the hotel is situated which is convenient.

Room was superb. A little dusty as it triggered my allergy. There is water dispenser on every level, room was provided with a jug for this purpose however, dispenser will be more helpful if it dispenses cold water. Wifi is strong. Location was accessible a few malls nearby.

The service in the hotel was impeccable 👌 The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The food was mostly very delicious and the drinks very refreshing.

Complimentary snack is good during check in. Love it when they using hi google. Nice hotel, so many selection of food, have spa massage

This is a very nice hotel, however probably not in the best location for exploring the city, though it's only 15km from the airport. I could still walk around the area. The rooms are very nice. I did not care for the breakfast offerings, but it was Indonesian cuisine.

Everything was good. Breakfast served is exceptional! Room is Google assistant enabled with Google mini. The slippers provided are really good.

Comfortable and clean. Food was also good especially the breakfast buffet spread. The traditional local herbal jamu drinks served was pleasantly nice! The staffs were also friendly and helpful. Location was also great if you are heading to Juanda Airport.

The reetaurant is amazing, and it's not expensive. The amability of the employees. We arrived at 9pm and restaurant was still open. The bed was so confortsvle and the room was really clean. Good option to get a hotel near of the airport
